What we collect, and why
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact or enquiry form: your name, your email address or phone number, and the details of your enquiry. We use it solely to reply to you and to arrange the work you are asking about. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own purposes.
Our lawful basis
We process your enquiry on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. The only third party involved is Google Fonts, which we use to display the site's typefaces; when your browser loads a font, your IP address is shared with Google as a normal part of that request. We use no tracking pixels and no analytics tools.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at hello@rugbyboats.co.uk.
